  • strategy session which will introduce you to what you need to know in your sessions.

Then you will progress to your

  • 12 weeks of Simple Strength with no more than 8 people in the session. (Regular session up to 20 persons)

Simple Strength is a Bent on Fitness program to help develop your Mobility, Stability and your Everyday Strength.

I believe strongly that we were not just meant to move, but meant to move well. As well we're not just meant to move well, or move well in one event but for our whole lives. 

I want everyone to see themselves as an Ageless Athlete and to own their strength.   Having Simple Strength is not about competing or winning but about making sure your movement matters, because of your fitness matters and your wellness matters. I want you to see yourself as an Ageless Athlete.


I want to develop your Simple Strength

  • Can you walk or run at your best?

  • Can you pull yourself up?

  • Get off the floor unassisted?

  • How is the springiness of your joints?


  • Do you have the strength for everyday activities and then the capability to do just a little more than the average?

  • Do you think differently about what, when and why and how much you eat so that you are a LEAN THINKER?

  • Do you bring your best to what you do? And do you know how to measure your best?


​We should all be able to:

  • Push-Pull, Squat, Hinge, Stabilize


  • Propel ourselves (walk, run, swim, jump, ride….)
