Bent on Fitness was deveoped from a desire to become different in the fitness industry and teach my Bent or way of looking at fitness to others. I didn't want to be another class or gym truly inspire and teach people to be their best. I believe fitness is personal, not meaning you go do fitness by yourself, but that each person brings their own personal history and personal goals to each session and each person should be met and lead toward their own personal best in every session. My Bent is to be the best for each member of this program and to inspire all people to be and bring their best in fitness and wellness.
