Superfit is a dynamic and motivating group workout program. Superfit is not a boot camp. Superfit is a progressive workout program designed around intervals of training. Intervals are the most efficient and effective way to burn fat, build and rev up your metabolic fire (you fat burning system). In Superfit any group of individuals can and do work together because each exercise movement is based on time and your fitness ability. Fitcore is dynamic and fluid very well suited for those who are committed athletes as well as those who may be recovering from serious back injuries.

SuperStretch was developed to build your foundation of movement through core training, flexibility and posterior chain stabilizing movements. Superstretch is for all levels and incorporates pilates, Yoga and foundational training movements to develop and stabilize the whole body. This is a body weight training class and is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a mat.
Kettlebell Training will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Functional, compound exercises work done in multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. With a focus on integrating breathing, movement and alignment with your ability to control balance and weight. Kettlebell work is taught in the Hardstyle as taught by Strength Matters. Mobility Everyone wants to move better. Well, our movement and our body is integrated. We will teach you how to reset your movement so that your mobility follows your stability or if you are stiff and stuck and have difficulty with your range of motion we believe your Mobility Matters
Think about it. If our movement was simple as a cog and wheel, but one of the cogs got stuck or chipped or changed shapes, even with that simple of a mechanism the mechanics would not work properly. We are much more advanced than that. We must make our Mobility Matter.

Simple Strength is a twice a week training session designed for individuals who want a slower pace in their training and are looking to develop, Simple Strength to help them move well and live well. This training session will help with: balance, mobility and strength and will be, Self-paced but Instructor lead. Session size is limited to 8 people. Modifications and accommodations made for individuals movement needs***( 12 week sessions, by appoint only)
One-on-one Private sessions are designed to help with specific goals and needs. Most of these sessions are to accommodate special movement needs as well as training schedules that do not align with the Essential or Semi-private Schedule. Private sessions can be scheduled at one of the training sights or at another location (change of location may change to cost of the session)
